PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN GURU MELALUI TEKNIK KONFLIK SUPERVISI KELOMPOK DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN INDIKATOR KEWIRAUSAHAAN

ABSTRACT
The group supervision technique is a construction technique which is done by a supervisor to improve capability or productivity of an organization (school). Realization of supervision is such as a school meeting, workshop, and etc. Conflict is a situation which happens when, there is exist a difference idea or main set among a few people, group, or organization. The conflict group supervision technique is an approach by creating conflict on the group (i.e.: uncertainty job description, miscommunication, time pressure, standard, uncertainty policy, distinction of status, and out of chance reach) when the discussion is going on. It purposed all element of group which are involved on the discussion, they felt necessary to take a part on discussion and to express their idea without felt that idea is wrong. The element of group have explained their argument of their idea which expressed, they have the right to strive their idea with strong argument. The solution conflict is by negotiation and collaboration until the agreement is reached. Developing indicator is the way of teachers to compile a learning plan (syllabus and learning action plan), as a sign of based competence reached which marked by alteration behavior is measurable consist attitude, knowledge, and skills aspect. In reality, developing indicator is a problem of teacher on developing syllabus or learning plan. There is a teacher which has no competence to compile an indicator fulfill criteria, they are still thinking that indicator is a productivity criteria of learning description.
